Ayelet Zurer

Ayelet Zurer is one of Israel's most acclaimed actresses. Her birthplace is in Tel Aviv and was first discovered by Hollywood when Steven Spielberg cast her in her first role in English as Eric Bana's wife in Munich (2005). Zurer has been featured in numerous Studio films since her arrival in the United States, including Sony Pictures' Vantage Point which starred William Hurt and Dennis Quaid, Samuel Goldwyn's Fugitive Parts opposite Stephen Dillane, Paul Schrader’s Adam Resurrected alongside Jeff Goldblum, and Willem Dafoe. Ron Howard's Angeles and Demons opposite Tom Hanks. Darling Companion is an ensemble movie by Lawrence Kasdan which features Diane Keaton and Kevin Kline. Warner Bros. In 2014, she was nominated apposite herself for the year's top drama "Shtisel" and was awarded the title of best actress in a show for her portrayal of a brilliant surgeon facing the dilemma of life and death in Hostages which was sold to BBC4 and Canal Plus, and as an alternative to the American ABC.
