Alona Tal

Alona Tal is an Israeli-American performer and actress. Her birthplace was in Herzliya on October 20, 1983. She began her career following her time as a member of the Israeli Defense Forces. Her breakthrough was in 2003 when she starred in an Israeli film. At the time , she was a part of two TV shows in Israel, and she also tried her hand at music by recording a few songs along with Israeli rapper Subliminal. Tal was able to move in with her sister in New York in order to be away from her work. Then, she teamed up with Haitian artist Wyclef Jean on the song "Party to Damascus". American television was also where she established herself. Her first part was a recurring one in the show Veronica Mars. Tal eventually was offered an regular spot in the short-lived CBS series.
