Gillian MacLaren Jacobs

Gillian MacLaren Jacobs born October 19, 1982 is an American actor from the United States. Britta Perry, a stand-up comedian on NBC is best known for her role in the Netflix series Love (2016-2018), Mickey Dobbs in the romantic comedy series Love (2016-2018) as well as Atom Eve on Invincible (2021). Mimi-Rose was her regular part in the fourth season of the HBO comedy-drama Girls (2012-2017). She has also been in films such as Life Partners (2014), Hot Tub Time Machine 2 (2015) and Don't Think Twice (2016). Gillian MacLaren Jacobs was conceived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 19th in 1982. Her mother, Martina Magenau Jacobs, works in alumni relations at Carnegie Mellon University, while her father, William F. Jacobs Jr. was an investment banker. Her father passed away in 2013. She was born in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Her family owned Erie Brewing Company (not the identical to the subsequent brewery with the same name). As a child, Jacobs attended weekend acting classes at the Pittsburgh Playhouse. She performed regularly in the Pittsburgh Public Theater. This gave her the opportunity to perform in Titania's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Mt. Lebanon High School in 2000, she relocating to New York City to attend the Juilliard School, where she earned a bachelor's degree in 2004.
